Categories of consumer health data we collect

Only what you type yourself into free-text fields, for example an appointment called “pediatrician”. In the United States and Canada, heyshary has no health fields. It does not accept pregnancy, allergy, medication, vaccination or growth data.

Why we collect it

To store your household's entries and sync them between your devices. We use it for nothing else.

Where it comes from

From you and the members of your household.

Who we share it with

We share consumer health data with no one. It is stored on our server in Austria. If a hosting provider runs that server for us, it acts only on our instructions as a processor and may not use the data for its own purposes.

We do not sell consumer health data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not track you across websites or apps, and no third party collects data about you through heyshary across websites or apps.

Your rights

Using these rights is free of charge.

How to make a request

Email office@heyshary.com. We may ask for something that shows the request comes from your household, such as the support ID shown in the app. We answer within 45 days. If we need more time, we tell you why within those 45 days. The extension is at most another 45 days.
