heyshary checks the weather and says what the kids need, matched to their age: a puddle suit for the little ones, waterproof trousers and wellies for nursery children, a hat when it is cold, sun cream on hot days. And a countdown counts the days to the holiday.

Doctor, nursery, clubs, parents' evening: whatever one of you adds is instantly with the other. Weekly routines like swimming have their own tab, and you can show your Google, Outlook or iCloud calendar alongside, for viewing only.

Data security

There is no password anyone could crack

This holds your children's allergies, vaccinations and insurance details. That deserves care. The best protection is not collecting things in the first place.

No password, no account

Signing up needs neither an email address nor a password, because neither exists here. So nothing can be guessed, phished, or reused from another service's data breach. You connect through an invite code, and you can reissue that code at any time.

Encrypted at rest

Names, appointments, tasks, lists and notes, plus allergies, vaccinations, medication, insurance and ID details are stored encrypted in the database, not in plain text. Everything travels over HTTPS only, and the server sits in Austria.

Push without content

When the other phone needs a nudge, only an empty ring goes through Google or Apple, without a single word about you. The app then fetches the actual data straight from us. Google and Apple only learn that something changed, never what.

Your household only

Every request is tied to your household. There is no way through the app to see another household's data. And you can delete everything, completely, whenever you want.

Your data sits on a server in Austria. Content such as names, appointments, tasks, lists, notes, allergies, vaccinations and medication is stored encrypted. Dates and times stay readable so that reminders work. And we only ask for what the app genuinely needs in the first place.

Reminders that come by themselves

Up to 112 things you no longer have to remember

heyshary knows the national check-up schedule, the childhood vaccination plan and the deadlines around them. From your child's birth date it works out what is due when, and speaks up in time. You don't enter any of it, it is already in there.

112 rules in Austria, 110 in Germany, 111 in the UK: official deadlines, seasonal reminders, vaccinations, health topics, childcare, check-ups and development steps. Which ones apply is decided by the country you pick during setup, so nobody gets appointments that don't exist where they live.

Why heyshary exists

The idea came from my wife

She was the one who named what was going wrong for us. I didn't get it at first. I thought we were splitting the work anyway.

Until it clicked what this is actually about: not the work itself, but having to think of it. Whoever packs the gym bag isn't the problem. Whoever remembers it needs packing is. And that almost always sticks with one person, without anyone meaning it to.

heyshary grew out of that. For us, not as a product. We use it daily, and that's why only what really takes something off your plate ends up in it.

What it costs

14 days free, then one subscription for the whole household

No stripped-down version, no feature behind a lock. Both tiers can do everything. The only difference is how many devices join.

What it costs when nobody remembers

The flight. A passport that expired two days before you travel cannot be fixed at the desk. A short-haul flight is easily 200 euros, and that is per person.
A year of organising. The sign-up deadline for a nursery place comes round once a year. Miss it, and you plan the next year again from the start.
1,300 euros per parent. In Austria, the childcare allowance is cut by that much if a single parent-child pass check-up is not documented in time, and it can only be filed up to the child's 15th month.

This is not here to put you under pressure. It is the yardstick that €1.67 a month should be measured against.

The bigger tier fits if grandparents, a childminder or a second home should look in too. Anyone who joins by invite never sees a payment prompt.

Prices shown in euros. The App Store and Google Play show the price in your local currency, so in the UK you pay in pounds.

You are not taking a risk. You cancel any time in the store, in two taps. And if the subscription lapses, nothing is deleted: everything stays visible and exportable, only new entries and reminders pause until you unlock again.

Recommending pays off. In the app, the referral program sits right at the top of "More", with your own code. If a family subscribes to heyshary through it and stays after the free days, you get a month for free. Nothing changes about their price.

The most common questions

Does my partner have to install the app too?

That's exactly what heyshary is built for. The second person installs the app and scans a QR code, that's it. No account, no email, no password. It works solo too, but it shines as a pair.

What happens after the 14 days?

You are only charged after 14 days, and only if you do not cancel in the store before then. If you cancel, nothing is lost: without a subscription the household becomes read-only, all entries stay visible and exportable, new entries and reminders pause until you unlock.

Is there an iPhone version?

Yes, heyshary is on the App Store. Access is tied to the household, not the device, so a mix works too: one parent on iPhone, one on Android, both see the same thing.

Can I use heyshary on my computer?

Yes, in your browser at heyshary.com/web. A QR code appears there, which you scan with the app on your phone, no password needed. The browser then counts as one of the devices in your subscription. Handy for longer lists or planning the week with a keyboard. Reminders still arrive on your phone.

Which languages is heyshary available in?

Yes, heyshary is fully available in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish and Turkish. When you set up your household you pick a country and the language follows it; for "rest of the world" heyshary uses your phone's language. The country also decides which check-ups and vaccination schedule you are reminded about, and which emergency numbers the app shows. You can change it later in the menu, for everyone in the household. The voice assistant understands English and German.

How safe is my children's data?

Health details such as allergies, vaccinations and medication are stored encrypted, transmitted only over HTTPS, and the server is in Austria. No tracking, no ads, no data selling. Each household sees only its own data.

Why no account and no password?

Because we want to know as little about you as possible. We have neither your email nor a password. You connect through an invite code, and you can save that invite in the app at any time.

What if I lose my phone?

Your data and your unlock live with the household on the server, not on the device. With the saved invite you're back on a new phone in a minute, without anything missing.

Does someone get notified when I give them a task?

Yes. Whoever is given a task gets a notification on their phone straight away. If the task has a date, heyshary reminds them again on the day it is due. Each person chooses which notifications they get in the app's settings.

Is there a home screen widget?

Yes, two of them: one for the day and one for appointments, on iPhone and Android. Press and hold an empty spot on your home screen, add a widget and search for heyshary.
